Meeting Spaces

The Midwest Public Risk Campus has three meeting rooms. Our Members are able to use these spaces, at no cost, based upon availability. If you are a Member of MPR, and would like to inquire about using one of these spaces, please contact our Facilities Manager, Janice Chronister, at (816) 292-7534.

MPR is able to provide complimentary wi-fi, ice water, and coffee. Meeting coordinators are able to bring in outside food and drink if desired. MPR has a small kitchen available for use, equipped with a warming oven, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils.

Classroom

The Classroom holds up to 30 occupants. It can be configured in a variety of ways using the tables, which have wheels with brakes and outlets for easy computer hook-up. This room also contains a projector with Smart Board and a white erase board. Meeting coordinators will need to provide his or her own laptop to connect to the projector and will need to have software installed for Smart Board capabilities (MPR does not provide the software).

Members' Hall

The Members' Hall can hold up to 112 occupants. This room contains two white erase boards and a projector with screen. This room is also equipped to do live webcasting of events. Please note, webcasting must be pre-arranged and is based on MPR staff availability.

Boardroom

The Boardroom can hold up to 73 occupants, though only 20 can be seated comfortably around the board table. Additional tables and/or chairs can be added along the sides. This room is also equipped with a projector and screen, as well as automatic window shades for better viewing.
